1. USER INFORMATION

Marcet Knowledge, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs that such data will be handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information:

Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The intended operations for processing are:

• Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other current or future electronic or physical means that allow such communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and related to their products and services, or those of their partners or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been established. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Conducting statistical studies.
• Processing orders, requests, or any other type of inquiry submitted by the user through any of the contact methods provided.
• Sending the website's newsletter.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject.

Data retention criteria: Data will be kept no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, and when no longer required, will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.

Data disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

User rights::

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of data, as well as restriction or opposition to processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the processing is not compliant with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the appropriate checkboxes and filling in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact or download forms, Users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfil their request by the provider. Completion of the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes.

The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees that personal data will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, and that any intended data transfer will only be carried out with the User’s express, informed and unequivocal consent. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for optimal service provision. If not all data is provided, the services may not be fully suited to the User’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In compliance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is meeting all the requirements of the GDPR in handling Users' personal data, specifically following the principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR: processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and freedoms, and that Users have been provided with the necessary information to exercise them.
